1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Uncreez ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and all related platforms. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Uncreez provides professional steam ironing and garment finishing services with free pickup and delivery within our service areas in Chennai.
2. Service Description
2.1 Services Offered
Uncreez offers the following services:
•Professional steam ironing of garments
•Premium garment finishing
•Pickup and delivery within service areas
•Express service options (24-hour turnaround)
2.2 Service Areas
We currently serve the following areas in Chennai:
•Choolai
•Vepery
•Perambur barracks road
•Purasaiwalkam
•Kilpauk
•Surrounding areas
We reserve the right to expand or modify service areas at any time with notice to customers.
2.3 Services NOT Offered
Uncreez does NOT provide:
•Laundry or washing services
•Dry cleaning services
•Stain removal or treatment
•Garment repairs or alterations
•Fabric restoration
•Waterproof or technical fabric cleaning
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Pricing Structure
•Regular garments (shirts, trousers, blouses, etc.): INR 10 per piece
•Premium garments (sarees, dresses, gowns, etc.): INR 15 per piece
•Express service (24-hour turnaround): Additional INR 50
•Bulk orders (20+ garments): Custom pricing available
3.2 What's Included in Pricing
The quoted price includes:
•Professional steam ironing or finishing
•Quality inspection
•Careful packaging
•Free pickup from your address
•Free delivery to your address
•WhatsApp updates on service status
3.3 What's NOT Included
The quoted price does NOT include:
•Laundry or washing
•Stain removal
•Repairs or alterations
•Garment restoration
•Any services not explicitly mentioned
3.4 Payment Terms
•Payment is due upon service completion
•Customers can pay via cash on delivery or through WhatsApp payment links
•We do not accept advance payment for individual bookings
•Bulk/corporate clients may arrange custom payment terms
3.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Current pricing is always available on our website.
4. Booking & Cancellation
4.1 How to Book
•Customers must book services via WhatsApp at 9345679567
•Provide the following information: number of garments, types of garments, preferred pickup date and time, delivery address
•Booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp
4.2 Booking Confirmation
•Booking is confirmed only after we send a confirmation message via WhatsApp
•Confirmation includes pickup time, estimated delivery date, and service details
4.3 Cancellation Policy
•Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup with no penalty
•Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee of INR 50
•Cancellations after pickup cannot be refunded
4.4 Rescheduling
•Customers may reschedule pickup up to 24 hours before scheduled time
•Rescheduling requests should be made via WhatsApp
•We will accommodate rescheduling based on availability
4.5 No-Show Policy
•If a customer is not available at the scheduled pickup time and does not reschedule, we may cancel the booking
•No refund will be issued for no-shows
•Customers must reschedule within 7 days or the booking will be cancelled
5. Pickup & Delivery
5.1 Pickup Service
•Pickup is free and included in the service price
•Customers must provide a clear access point for pickup
•Pickup times are scheduled based on customer preference and our availability
•Pickup is typically available between 8 AM and 8 PM, 7 days a week
5.2 Delivery Service
•Delivery is free and included in the service price
•Standard delivery is within 48 hours of pickup
•Express delivery is within 24 hours of pickup (additional INR 50)
•Delivery times are communicated at the time of booking
5.3 Delivery Address
•Delivery must be to the same address as pickup unless otherwise arranged
•Customers must ensure someone is available to receive delivery
•If no one is available, we will attempt redelivery the next day
•After 2 failed delivery attempts, customer must collect from our facility
5.4 Liability During Pickup/Delivery
•Uncreez is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to garments during pickup or delivery
•We recommend customers verify garment count and condition before handing over
•We take reasonable precautions to protect garments during transport
6. Garment Care & Handling
6.1 Garment Inspection
•All garments are inspected upon receipt
•Customers must disclose any existing damage, stains, or special requirements
•Uncreez is not responsible for pre-existing damage or stains
6.2 Fabric Expertise
•We handle all common fabric types: cotton, linen, silk, wool, blends, etc.
•We take special care with delicate fabrics and embellished garments
•Customers should inform us of any special handling requirements
6.3 Garments We Cannot Handle
We cannot handle:
•Heavily soiled garments (require laundry first)
•Garments with active stains (require stain removal first)
•Damaged garments (require repairs first)
•Leather or suede
•Waterproof or technical fabrics
•Garments with specific warnings from manufacturers
6.4 Quality Guarantee
•Every garment is inspected before delivery to ensure premium quality
•If you are not satisfied with the results, we will re-do the service at no charge
•Quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
6.5 Liability for Garment Damage
•Uncreez takes reasonable care with all garments
•We are not liable for:
•Pre-existing damage or wear
•Damage caused by manufacturer defects
•Damage caused by customer's failure to disclose special requirements
•Damage to garments we explicitly stated we cannot handle
•For damage caused by our negligence, we will offer repair or replacement at fair market value (up to INR 500 per garment)
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1 Accurate Information
Customers must provide accurate information including:
•Correct number and types of garments
•Accurate pickup and delivery addresses
•Special handling requirements or fabric information
•Any existing damage or stains
7.2 Garment Condition
•Customers are responsible for ensuring garments are in acceptable condition for service
•Heavily soiled garments must be washed before service
•Damaged garments must be repaired before service
7.3 Lost or Forgotten Items
•Customers are responsible for verifying garment count before and after service
•Uncreez is not responsible for items left behind during pickup
•Items left at our facility will be held for 30 days, then disposed of
7.4 Communication
•Customers must maintain active WhatsApp communication for booking and updates
•Customers must respond to pickup/delivery confirmations within 24 hours
•Failure to respond may result in booking cancellation
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Maximum Liability
Uncreez's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific service.
8.2 Excluded Damages
Uncreez is not liable for:
•Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
•Loss of profits or business
•Loss of data or information
•Emotional distress or inconvenience
•Any damages not directly caused by our negligence
8.3 Force Majeure
Uncreez is not liable for service delays or cancellations due to:
•Natural disasters or extreme weather
•Government actions or regulations
•Strikes or labor disputes
•Pandemics or public health emergencies
•Other events beyond our reasonable control
9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Uncreez website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Uncreez or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit this content without permission.
9.2 Trademarks
"Uncreez" and all related logos and trademarks are the property of Uncreez. You may not use these trademarks without permission.
9.3 User Content
By providing reviews, testimonials, or feedback, you grant Uncreez the right to use this content for marketing purposes.
